This was one of the top locations I was allowed to see in my life. We left on April 19 and were back on May 1st. We stayed one week in the Tuscan country side, discovering many great back roads ( it's never a problem to get lost when you have a GPS and maps which I had), enjoying the great nature and landscapes. The views are simply spectacular ! I shot a lot of photographs which will be screened and developed in the coming weeks... well, soon. No one can go in Italy and not go to Venice. I took time to shoot on the Island of Murano where the famous glass blowers and designers execute one of the oldest art in this region. Florence was our last location before returning home. The pleasure during this trip was also about celebrating the national anniversary of the Liberation day and the Notte Bianca in Florence, a celebration of music, food and wine all night everywhere in the city until dawn.
And I took also a lot of notes on locations, views, landmarks in the country side but also I have made new discoveries in terms of landscape photography, places to stay. And let me tell you that I have found a perfect base location for a future workshop in the Tuscan country side that could take place in 2014. Stay tuned for the coming photographs and news about this location.
